Returns/Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product must be unused and in original product packaging. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels; the customer is responsible for returning the product. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please fill out ALL fields and in the “Comments” section include the reason for return and what you would like to do (return for refund, exchange, etc.). A customer service representative will e-mail you back with further information.

Our return policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction while being transparent about related expenses. In the case of a return, a $5 fee will be applied to a refund for the shipping costs associated with the initial delivery of the product to the customer. This measure allows us to cover logistical expenses and maintain the quality of our service.
